- Starter: Gravelax Salmon with beetroot, horseradish cream and nordic bread
- Main Course: Supreme of Guineau Fowl, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, vegetable and jus
- Dessert: Jivara Chocolate Tartlet, Bergamot Custard and Raspberry Sorbet

- Either Spaghetti Bolognaise, Spaghetti with butter sauce or Spaghetti with tomato sauce
