  • Standard Room: EUR 119
  • Double/ Twin Occupancy: EUR 129

    *The above rates are available until April 15th and then the hotel will unblock some of the rooms, so the price as of that date will depend on availability.
    Standard Rate at the moment is EUR 169 for a single and EUR 179 for a double.

Bedroom Rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast.

Cancelation free of charge until 15 days prior arrival. In case of late cancelation or no show, one night will be charged.

Located only 10-15 minutes from Luxembourg city centre and 20-25 minutes from the various venues for the event.

There is limited space total in the Scouts Home Facility, and all beds will go out on a first-come-first-served basis.

96 beds + 1 room with 2 beds for Instructors  ( Total: 98 beds )

Terms & Conditions:

Security :

• Under no circumstances may the number of people accommodated exceed the accommodation capacity of the Home for Scouts, which is currently limited to 98 (ninety-eight) people, including two people with reduced mobility ( Instructors can use this room). A dormitory on the ground floor and its sanitary facilities are equipped to accommodate two people with reduced mobility. In the event of accommodation for people with reduced mobility, these premises are reserved for them.

• Users must be supervised by adult responsible persons, whose permanent presence at the Home for scouts is compulsory during the stay.

• It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the Home for Scouts.

•To avoid accidents, it is forbidden to run inside the Home for scouts and to indulge in games unless supervised by an adult responsible person.

• For security reasons, the main entrance gate giving access to the N6 must be closed during any activity on the site. However, access to this site for intervention vehicles must be guaranteed at all times.

• The parking spaces for cars on the site are exclusively reserved for the supervising personnel.

• It is strictly forbidden to park motorized vehicles on all of the site's circulation paths, except for the time strictly necessary for the loading or unloading of bulky objects.

• If a fire alarm is triggered, the building must be evacuated immediately according to the instructions on the posted evacuation plans.

• In the event that a false alarm has been triggered, it is important to immediately inform the emergency services at no. 112 as well as the manager of the Mamer Wiselen

 

Sanitation and cleaning:

• Pets are not allowed inside the Home for Scouts.

• Users wishing to use the dormitories must bring clean sleeping bags.

• The dormitories are equipped with simple beds fitted with mattresses and storage cupboards, the Mamer Wiselen association does not provide linen or blankets.

• All garbage cans must be emptied after the activities and before leaving the premises in the containers made available by the Municipality. Users must sort and recycle their waste. Users must bring their own dish towels.

• Users must carry out a thorough cleaning of all the rooms, installations and fittings used and return them to the state in which They received.

• It is strictly forbidden to obstruct all entrances and emergency exits.

 

Tranquility and good order:

• All users must comply with the provisions of the amended law of 21/06/1076 relating to the fight against noise and its implementing regulations, the Grand-Ducal regulation of 16/11/1978 concerning acoustic levels for music inside establishments and in their vicinity, as well as the Commune's police regulations of 29/09/2003.

• Activities inside the Scout Home must end by 24.00 at the latest. Activities outside the Scout Home are permitted between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Before leaving the premises, users must:

1° store the equipment used as far as possible.

(2) arrange tables and chairs in an orderly fashion.

3° close the windows.

4° reduce the heating to position 1.5 marked on the thermostats.

5° turn off the lights and all connected electrical appliances, except refrigerators and freezers

6° Borrowed or consumed equipment must be returned or replaced immediately after use.

7° Cleaning of the home according to the provisions provided for in the point “health and cleaning”.

 

In case of damage, the amount will be deducted from the deposit respectively, according to amount, invoiced separately.

Home for Scouts users are committed to monitoring and minimizing heating energy consumption.

Under penalty of exclusion, users are required to comply with the orders and directives concerning the safety, health, tranquility and good order of the Home for scouts issued by the college of aldermen and/or the manager of the association.

A categorical refusal will be expressed to any user whose planned activities could hinder the proper functioning of the facilities, damage the premises and equipment or affect the general cleanliness of the building, the rooms, the surroundings and the good reputation of the Commune.
