The Hwa Rang Do® Martial Art is famous because of the countless kicking techniques included in its syllabus.

The Hwa Rang Do® Go Too Gi (Grappling) is one of the sport applications of Hwa Rang Do®. It's for everybody, also for beginners (but limited to positioning for them).You can apply takedowns, sweepings, joint locks and chokes. The match is without stop for points and submissions are allowed to the ground or stand-up.

The Hwa Rang Do® Yong Too Gi is one of the sport application of Hwa Rang Do®. It's for experienced martial students only (at least 3 years of practice, black or colored sashes). No full contact allowed and special sparring gears required. You can use kicks, punches, palm strikes, knifehand strikes, takedowns and joint locks.

The evolution of Korean combat skills began about 5000 years ago with the establishment of the Kochoson kingdom. During the subsequent Three Kingdoms Period, this Korean warrior tradition found a particular expression in the combat skills of the Hwarang warrior system of the ancient kingdom of Silla.

Essentially, our ultimate goal is to better the World! For us we strive to accomplish this by maximizing our human potential to enhance the ideal of humanity through the rigorous training of our mind, body and spirit with the ancient martial and healing art of Hwa Rang Do®, “The Way of the Flowering Knights”.
